HGV Roadpricing in Germany • Target : Heavy Goods Vehicles > 12 T • Current situation : the Eurovignette • user fee based on time • amount collected in 2001 : 425 M€ • Future situation : Automatic charging • user fee based on distance • average charging rate : approx. 0,15€ /km • expected revenues for first year: apprix. 3500 M€

  7. The Toll Collect Consortium • Daimler Chrysler Services (debis AG): 45% • a vehicle (Car + trucks) manufacturer • and service provider • Deutsche Telekom AG : 45% • a telecom operator • Cofiroute SA : 10% • a French motorway concessionaire and operator • Start of operation : August 2003
