  9. Marijuana • The Most Common Drug • Found Anywhere Mainly in High Schools • Traffickers usually are African American organizations

  10. OxyCotin • Increased Demand • Perscriptions raised 31 percent in 2006 • 30 State in the Nation Of Consumption Rates • 2002 only 37 charges related, 2003 60 charges.
