  4. 5.Invitation for AP* Meetings • Invitation for AP* Retreat meeting has been sent to following organizations. They have acknowledged receipt but due to some reason they won’t be able to attend AP* Retreat meeting. • APSIRC - Asia Pacific Security Incident Response Coordination Forum • APOPS - Asia Pacific Operations Forum • APAMI - Asia Pacific Association for Medical Informatics • IDRC - PAN Asia Networking / IDRC • APPLe - Asia Pacific Policy and Legal Forum

  5. Future Activities • Next APRICOT and APAN meeting are going to be held in Bangkok in Feb2002. AP* sec is willing to help these organizations in logistic of the meeting. During these major events few other meetings will also take place, we would be pleased to help all AP* organizations to arrange meetings.

  6. Roll of AP* sec in Future • AP* sec intends to promote and establish information technology resource center for social and economic development throughout Asia- Pacific. As recourse center AP* sec can help AP* organizations in organizing meetings and in conducting trainings. As resources center we can produce publication on IT information and training modules for IT training courses.
