  3. Accountability Department- Assessment Office • Accountability Office includes: Evaluation, Research, & Assessment. 314-345-2525 is the new department number.

  4. Duties and Functions of the Assessment Office • Supervise and/or Support all State Mandated and District-wide testing (ELL, MAP-A, MAP GLA, MAP EOC, ACT, and Acuity/ HS Benchmarks, STAR reading, STAR early literacy, ACT, ACT prep.) • Supervise, implement, and support all related assessment software systems (Acuity/Engrade, Renaissance Learning, DESE MCDS portal, etc.) • Develop District Testing Calendar • Train Testing Coordinators and Quality Assurance Monitors to ensure adherence to test security and proper testing procedures • Train Academic Instructional Coaches and others as needed in assessment data access and usage • Data analysis • DESE User-manager
