  3. Where we want to be • Extend operational area to Reading area. • Improve to become best known local RSL • Deliver 800 new homes a year • Improve customer satisfaction for Hart residents • Improve rent collection and reduce arrears

  4. How we get there • Boost council opinion of us as partner of choice • Repackage ‘extra’ services to improve satisfaction • Launch customer loyalty incentive scheme to cut arrears • Refresh media messages around performance • Provide networking platforms for development team

  5. Tactics • Quarterly stakeholder newsletter • Extend invite list at scheme openings/stock tours • Regular development social events • Testimonials – for business and resident markets • Reader offers in newsletter to boost readership • Consider Sentinel mascot to support PR initiatives • Increase output in trade press (and award entries)

  6. How long will it take? • Changing opinions takes time • Three year and one year campaigns • Quarterly review panel for each campaign • Management buy-in will speed things up

Measuring our achievements • Take-up for customer reward scheme • Increased numbers of involved residents • Reduced arrears • Web-based leads generated for development/Sappling • Increased satisfaction with newsletter • Increased positive media coverage • Invitations to become preferred partners
