  • The Questionnaires that the clinician will use depends on the client’s AGE at the time of the FIRST EBP SESSION.

  • The system will calculate the client’s age based on their age in the Integrated System at the time of the first EBP Session.

  • Clinicians use the same set of Questionnaires throughout the treatment, even if the client has a birthday.
