This section of the tutorial covers all steps necessary for beginning the Performance Management Process. Click the Next button Back Next

  3. Getting Started From your Self Service Main Menu, click the Manager button. The Manager main menu appears. Click the Next button Back Next

  4. Getting Started Under your Manager main menu, click the Performance Management link. The Performance Management menu appears. Click the Next button Back Next

  5. Getting Started Click the Main Menu link to open the Performance Management System. A listing of your Direct Reports will appear. Click the Next button Back Next

  6. Getting Started To access the performance management system, select an employee. The Performance Management Main Menu appears. Click the Next button Back Next

  7. Getting Started Should you need to maximize the screen, click and drag the window to the left and then click the Maximize button in the upper right corner. Click the Next button Back Next

  8. Getting Started The Performance Management Main Menu will be your starting point to create & certify performance plans and reviews or view historical reviews. Click the Next button Back Next

  9. Getting Started Instructions on how to create/update a plan are covered in the Creating the Performance Plan section of this tutorial. Click the Next button Back Next

  10. Getting Started Instructions on how to create a review, certify/finalize a review, and add progress review notes are covered in the Completing the Performance Review section of this tutorial. Click the Next button Back Next

  11. Getting Started To view completed reviews, click the View Historical Reviews button. The Historical Menu appears. Click the Next button Back Next

  12. Getting Started You will not see any historical performance reviews on this menu until you have completed one using the Performance Management System Historical reviews are accessible by both the supervisor and employee Click the Next button Back Next

  13. Getting Started The most current performance review will be shown. To select other completed reviews, click the drop down arrow next to the rating period. Click the Next button Back Next

  14. Getting Started The print option is available on each of the main menus: Plan Menu, Review Menu, and Historical Menu. Remember to select the appropriate rating period before clicking the print button. Click the Next button Back Next

Navigation Instructions These navigation buttons will show at the bottom of each screen in the tutorial Returns you to the first page of the tutorial you are in Will take you to the navigation instructions Takes you to the first screen of the tutorial section you are in Takes you to the previous screen Back Takes you to the next screen Next Takes you to the last screen of the tutorial section you are in Most screens will have some animation. When the animation is complete, you will be prompted to click on a button Click the Back button Back
