  5. Green Tier WDNR Green Tier Participant What does this mean to you as our customer? • WDNR recognizes our System exhibits “superior environmental performance” • You have greater assurance that your waste is disposed of properly • Approximately 50% of the waste is diverted from the landfill

  6. 2011 Disposal System Accomplishments Waste to Energy (WTE) • Xcel tonnage exceeded 73,000 tons (74,578) • Monthly meetings/collaborative relationship • Aluminum Recovery

  8. 2011 Disposal System Accomplishments • Served 6,454 households and 391 businesses. • Disposed of over 600,000 pounds of waste. • Collecting controlled substances during special collections 4 times per year. • Collecting e-waste free from Wisconsin residents.
