  2. Construction LTD represents Rustavi metalwork construction plant manufacturing steel constructions of any kind and complexity. It was founded by physical entities. The factory has an area of 5.5 hectares. Out of this land industrial building occupies 2,7 hectares. The plant has 35 year history. There have been manufactured 700000 tones of welded steel constructions. For the time being, the plant uses both modern and traditional technologies, has highly qualified and experienced engineer technical personnel to produce high quality welded steel constructions applying automatic and semi-automatic welding techniques. Construction LTD has established long-term business cooperation with leading steel suppliers in Ukraine, China, Turkey, Kazakhstan. Furthermore, the company collaborates with primary European firms in the field of modern equipment and materials. Construction LTD has trade representatives in Turkey (Istanbul, Rize) and Austria (Vienna).

The initial mission of Construction LTD was to provide southern part of Russia and Caucasus region countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan) with structural steel for both - industrial as well as civil construction. Nowadays, our production capacity enables us to restore our original assignment using the logistic advantages such as railway , motorway etc.

Currently employed : • Management -15 Prs. • Workers – 200 Prs. • Qualified engineer personnel- 30 Prs. • Area -22000 sq. m. • Current annual production – 12000 tones of welded steel constructions • In case of making re-equipment, plant’s annual productivity can reach up to 50000 tones of steel welded constructions.

  7. State of the art • LABORATORY • KZO 50 oxygen filling unit PRODUCTION – O2 THE PURITY – 99,8 % THE CAPACITY – 200 CY. PER 24 HOURS Factory has a high class and advanced laboratory enabling the plant to check the production quality . Correspondingly, competent personnel can make ultrasonic checking of welded steel constructions and welded joints using the modern digital laboratory devices at both factory and erections sites, based on which, company issues test reports together with structural steel quality certificate.

  25. Tbilisi railway bypass project “Georgian Railway” LLC has launched the Tbilisi Railway Bypass Project for developing a new railway route that will bypass the central area of the city of Tbilisi. By moving certain railway infrastructure components from the centre of Tbilisi to the northern part of the city, freight and passenger trains will no longer transit through central Tbilisi. The Municipality of Tbilisi believes that this project will provide a number of benefits, including helping to alleviate future environmental and safety concerns and, because the move will make available commercially valuable land in central Tbilisi, fostering economic improvements and job growth in the city. Construction LTD was actively involved in mentioned project, company has delivered 6 units of railway steel bridges with all related components.

HYDROPOWER SECTOR • Due to the high Hydro-Power Energy Potential • of Georgia and effective running process of Various • Capacities of HPP construction projects Construction LTD Has become a long termed supplier of following services&products in HPP projects: • Powerhouse steel buildings • Various types and capacity of gantry and overhead bridge cranes • Waterpipes and related hydro technical equpment (gates, lifting machines) Completed projects: MTKVARI HPP -Capacity - 36 MW Delivered: 36 meters Bridge, 125+20+5 MT overhead bridge crane, steel powerhouse building Ongoing projects: GUDAURI HPP-CAPACITY-8 MW To be delivered: Powerhouse building, 32 MT bridge Crane , water pipeline, turbine installation service ALAZANI 2 HPP-CAPACITY – 6 MW To be delivered: 25 MT overhead bridge crane

Construction LTD established brand new industrial line in Georgia, company mutually with famous European vendors such as: Siemens, Schneider electrics, Kumsan vinc, Guralp vinc, started producing of Industrial cranes.
