  3. Formed in 2007 from Water Service • Fully regulated - first regulatory period 2007-10 • Status- currently both: • a Go-Co (Government Company), Shareholder DRD • an NDPB (Non Departmental Public Body)  • Over 70% of income from public subsidy NI Water’s Structure
