  4. I. SITUATION ENEMY Elements of the 1st Slobovian Peoples Army have engaged and downed 2 U.S. Army UH-60A in an attempt to disrupt allied peacekeeping operations and capture allied personnel.

  5. SITUATION (CONT.) ENEMY DISPOSITION • Company sized element in AO Hawk / AO Vanguard. • They are poorly equipped but highly motivated to capture U.S. personnel for political gain.

  6. SITUATION (CONT.) LOCATION UNKNOWN COMPOSITION S-2 Indicates that they are operating in squad sized elements, armed with a mixture of captured U.S. and Soviet style small arms with no NVG capability. They have 2 – 3 small civilian trucks 2 and 4 wheel drive.

  7. SITUATION (CONT.) STRENGTHS Each squad contains approx 5 to 7 personnel. MOST PROBABLE COURSE OF ACTION A north east approach with hit and run tactics in an attempt to capture U.S. personnel.
