Weapons of Mass Instruction (Effective Tour Techniques) Mission Execution: • Tailor your tour to meet your clan’s needs • Use visuals and props on the tour. • Stop walking, face the group, wait for clan to catch up and then speak (loud and clear). • If someone asks a question, repeat it for the entire group to hear (when appropriate). • Show interest in each group member. Ask them questions and ask their opinions. • Keep track of time. If running late, talk a bit less at each location.
