  5. Consultation: within the parish • 4 x open meetings in church • 1 x open meeting re access issues • Display at the back of church (2005) • 2 x APCM (2005 & 2006) • 2 x formal enquiries: • Invitation to individuals to comment • Questionnaire to user groups

  6. Consultation: within the parish • 4 x open meetings in church • Saturday 16th October 2004 • Saturday 20th November 2004 • Sunday 3rd April 2005 • Sunday ? June 2005 • 1 x meeting re access issues • Saturday 27th November 2004

  7. Consultation: Individuals • Open invitation to submit comments • 26 individuals contributed • All comments read & formally analysed • Results reported to open & closed meetings

  8. Consultation: User Groups • Question:What does your group need in order to function at St Mary’s? • 21/28 user groups responded • Results reported to open and closed meetings

  9. What happened to the results? • Reported APCM – Tuesday 24th April 2006 • Reported at open meeting after morning service Sunday 17th December 2006 • Verbal & written summaries to re-ordering committees • Informed the Statements of Significance and Needs. Informed the Architects Brief.

  10. Since then … • Opportunities to comment on: • initial proposals of tendering architects • outline proposal of CRGP • proposals for separation of worship and fellowship space • options for development of west end of church

Time-table for the New Year • January 13th – PCC confirm West End • January 27th – PCC decisions on Chancel with proposals on display from 18th • February 24th – PCC decisions on Organ and Chancel Arch, with proposals on display from 15th • March 24th – PCC decisions on Flooring and Heating, with proposals on display from 15th
