3. LO To assess your Understanding RAG Reflect, Assess, Explain, Communicate 2-Jan-20 In today’s lesson you will be reflecting upon what you have learnt in the last few maths lessons. You will be completing a challenge. You are allowed to ask each other and the teacher for help but at the end of the lesson you must be honest about which things you can do independently.

5. Starter ActivityHow many vertices, edges and faces? Can you name any of these solids?

6. Level 3 Task Ask your teacher for the net and the 3D solid. Match each net to its solid. Are there any that you can name?

7. Level 4 + 5 challenge Make one perfect die. (that’s a dice) Level 4 • What will you use? – square paper for the net, stuck onto card and cut out. • Don’t forget the tabs. • Put on your spots (the dots on the opposite faces of the die should add to make 7.) • Build your die. Level 5 Design and draw the net for a different shaped dice and name the solid.
