  5. The use of Linq technology. Ado.net must be avoided. Cloud streaming technology must be used. Agile software methodologies and test driven development are required. Special requirements

  7. Cloud streaming • Cloud streaming can improve your end user experience through edge delivery and reduce time to market by avoiding the need to deploy your own streaming media servers. • Cloud Streaming using native platforms so no special software or hardware required to enable streaming media. Technology to be used

  8. Advantages Ability to stream multimedia files. Improved streaming performance – delivers streams from the edge of the internet. Ability to support events, both large and small. Cloud streaming

  9. Simple-to-use online billing and account management service. Removes the pain of having to create or manage your own order pipeline or billing system. It allows to use Amazon’s infrastructure to manage customer subscriptions and billing for Amazon EC2 or applications that use Amazon S3. Integrating with Amazon DevPay’s authentication mechanism to ensure that only authorized users access application. Monitor your business on the Amazon DevPay Activity page. Amazon DevPay

  10. Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) is a web service that provides resizable compute capacity in the cloud. It is designed to make web-scale computing easier for developers. Amazon EC2 changes the economics of computing by allowing you to pay only for capacity that you actually use. Amazon EC2 provides developers the tools to build failure resilient applications and isolate themselves from common failure scenarios. Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud

  11. Amazon S3 is storage for the Internet. It is designed to make web-scale computing easier for developers. Amazon S3 provides a highly durable storage infrastructure. Amazon S3 provides a simple web services interface that can be used to store and retrieve any amount of data, at any time, from anywhere on the web. Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3)

  12. Technical Feasibility: Our system is technically feasible with low level of risk for the following reasons- We are replacing the existing system, so risk of familiarity with application is less. We have experience doing similar projects which reduces risk of familiarity with technology. Project size is medium with 7 developers and 2 months to complete the project. Feasibility analysis

  13. Economic Feasibility: According to the cost-benefit analysis our system is economically feasible as: Development costs-as we have experienced staff and the project size is medium, investment on the team salaries, training , software, office space, equipment etc. are less. Operational costs- software upgrades, hardware repairs/upgrades are minimized as it is a medium sized project. We are reducing production cost, support cost and time by using amazon DevPay, S3 and simpleDB web services. Feasibility analysis

  14. Our system is organizationally feasible with low level of risk as there is no loss of existing users as they are intimated about the replacement of the old system with new features. With the advertising of the new system, there will be an increase in number of users. Organizational feasibility

  15. This project requires a total of 10 employees. • 5 developers are needed for this project. • 2 Front-end developers – They are responsible for developing the website interface and making it easy for the users to navigate through it. • 5 Back-end programmers skilled on both asp.net and C#. Staffing

  16. 2 Quality Assurance Managers – They are responsible for testing the software and making adjustments to it and makes sure that the project meets its requirements. • 1 PMP(Project Management Professional) certified manager who is available for the client either on calls or on client site (which ever is feasible for the client) Staffing continued

  17. The current system should be operational until the new system is launched. All the users of the current system should be diverted to the new system by advertising once the new system is operational. The new system should be ready by end of April. Special issues and constraints
