Events that Influenced UFE in 2004 • Annual validation 2003 was completed in late 2003 to early 2004 • 31% - 1.5 million residential migrations out of 4.9 million residential ESIIDs • PRR 471 – NIDR to IDR Default Profile Scaling • Improved the profiling estimates used for data aggregation and settlements • Implemented November 3, 2004.
