  4. Login to SSO at https://rfa.avaya.com

  5. Click on “Start RFA Application”

  6. Click on “I Agree”

  7. Select System and Click “Login”

  8. Choose Desired Function

  9. Fill In Required Fields NOTE: Use RFA to create your license files on R10 or higher systems for upgrades to a new release addition of ports and features migration from pre-R10 installations, using the Feature Extraction Tool (FET) in addition to RFA
