We are learning to increase our awareness of all the components of effective coaching during a learning focused conversation.


Success criteria

We will know we are successful when we include

  • an invitation,

  • a positive presupposition,

  • plural forms,

  • exploratory language,

  • listening skills,

  • wait time and

  • remain in correct stage of concern

    in our learning focused conversations.
