  3. 一、興辦事業概況 • 六堆客家文化園區二期用地開發計畫，用地包含屏東縣內埔鄉建興段850、851、851-10、852地號共計4筆土地，面積為6.394327公頃，使用分區為一般農業區，編定類別包括水利用地及農牧用地，本中心於96年10月3日起向台糖公司租賃，現況為礫石地，尚未開發。 • 本案之興辦事業計畫業經客家委員會102年6月24日客會秘字第1020010576號函核准在案，另開發計畫亦經屏東縣政府102年11月1日屏府城規字第10273221400號函同意開發。

  4. 一、興辦事業概況 • 本計畫係由本中心研訂之「客家文化發展中心南北園區設施管理及擴充計畫」編列預算，並奉行政院101年1月10日院臺客字第1010120949號函核定執行在案，預計於103年上半年進行規劃設計，103年9月開工，105年10月全部完工。
