廣島総合病院 臨床研修プログラム. 一年次. 二年次. ※ 診療所・へき地・離島診療所（保健所、老人保健施設は除く）. ◆ 内科①は呼吸器内科、糖尿病代謝内科、腎臓膠原病内科（透析含む）を一ヶ月毎研修する。 内科②は循環器内科、消化器内科を 1.5 ヶ月毎研修する。. ◆ 救急 3 ヶ月のうちに、手術室で麻酔科指導医のもと基礎手技研修も学びます。. ◆ 選択必修期間は 5 ヶ月とし、精神科、小児科、産婦人科、外科（系）、麻酔科を全科必修とする。 研修期間は各科 1 ヶ月程度を目安とする。.

  1. 廣島総合病院 臨床研修プログラム 一年次 二年次 ※診療所・へき地・離島診療所（保健所、老人保健施設は除く） ◆内科①は呼吸器内科、糖尿病代謝内科、腎臓膠原病内科（透析含む）を一ヶ月毎研修する。 内科②は循環器内科、消化器内科を1.5ヶ月毎研修する。 ◆救急3ヶ月のうちに、手術室で麻酔科指導医のもと基礎手技研修も学びます。 ◆選択必修期間は5ヶ月とし、精神科、小児科、産婦人科、外科（系）、麻酔科を全科必修とする。 研修期間は各科1ヶ月程度を目安とする。 ◆外科は、一般外科、整形外科、脳神経外科、呼吸器外科、心臓血管外科から選択が可能。 ◆自由選択は原則3ヶ月1コマとし、全科目の中から選択することができる。 （3コマ同一科目、あるいは全コマ別科目でも可） ◆病理（ＣＰＣ含む）と健康管理（施設内検診、巡回検診等）を２年次に0.5ヶ月研修する。 ◆２年間の研修期間を通じた病院当直（月4～5回）により、救急を含めた幅広いプライマリーケア 　 の修得が可能である。
