If you wish to order an item not on the Impressions menu or if you have a special request, please contact us. We will be pleased to put together a menu that meets your needs.
Kindly place your order at least two business days prior to the event. This time is required to allow us to purchase fresh ingredients and to hire the staff required. However, we will do our best to handle last-minute orders.
We understand that an event may have to be cancelled due to an emergency. We will do out best to avoid charging a cancellation fee. If an order is cancelled 24 hours prior to an event, we are generally able to avoid charging a fee, except for food, services or equipment ordered especially for the event that cannot be used otherwise.
Please note that food must be consumed within two hours following delivery. It is therefore crucial for us to have the exact time of your meeting to arrange for delivery. All food must be discarded after two hours.
As soon as you receive your invoice, kindly forward it immediately to your Finance Department so that we may receive a payment within a maximum of 30 days following the event. Any catering or banquet services ordered that will not be paid for by Dawson College will have to be paid in full prior to or at the time of the event.
Unless indicated otherwise, orders are served in disposable dishes. A separate estimate will have to be prepared for any china or service personnel required. Any catering materials not returned after the event will be charged to the client.
The prices indicated cover events during normal business hours (7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday to Thursday, or 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Fridays). It is possible to make arrangements for events at other times (additional fees apply).
