  4. Main customers, all of whomare leaders in their own sectors are: Şahince Otomotiv San. ve Tic. A.Ş. active as a manufacturer in the AutomotiveSector in Bursa city in Turkey, located in Bursa Organized Industrial Zone. Ford / Otosan Tofaş / Fiat Toyotetsu Bosch Contitech Valeo Parallel to thedevelopment of the automotive sector in Turkey, Şahince also developed rapidly. The companywithonly turnery production facilities in theearlyyears of its foundation in 1980’s, firstimproveditself in thisarea, thensince 1995 had the chance to improve its skills in theproduction of steel parts by producing its own dies;alsocaringturnery production. Customeroriented, Şahince gained experiences in different processes: Tooling, deep drawing, assembly bywelding… Overtheyears, installeda zinc coating unitandafter an electrocoatingunit, in its ownlocation. With its new investments, can offer completesolutions to its customers as a business partner. Together with mutual trust andassistance, every year work potential and turnover has increased.Today, having a closed area of 13,000 m2, producing 1,000 different reference of partsfor the Automotive Sector, Şahince is one of the most important vendors of the Sector. Exports some of the produced parts ( U.K., Germany, Italy, Brazil, India, etc. ) makes a significant contribution to the economy of both Bursa and Turkey.

Also for special toolings of CNC machines and production of surfaces for dimensional measurements.   31. Dieproductionhall is producedallsorts of forming ,deepdrawing, blanking,progressivediesforsheetsteelsandalsofineblankingtools.Fixturesforassemblingandinstrumentsforinspectionsareproducedby CAD/CAM programmeand CNC MillingMachines at ourdieproductionhall.

  32. Stamping hall We are able to form sheets and coils in various sizes and forms with hydraulic,mechanic presses and NC controlled presses using feeding units and conveyor lines. Presses in the stamping hall powered from 100 tons up to 1000 tons, tabledimensions up to 1800mm x 3050mm.

  39. Turnery works The turnery hall existsof lathes, automatic turnery machines which are used to produce parts up tothediameter of ø60 mm

  41. Assembly Line For Welding Parts In additional to this capability it is possible to realize assemblies with MIG/MAG and TIG. Point resistance and projection welding have been made there by the machines with capacities 300 Kva.

  45. Electroplating Facility The goal is to achieve thebest electro plating as per specifications under convenient conditions we added our electro plating facility in the plant to obtain customers stratification. Coating capacity; 60,000 dm2/day.

  46. E-coating Facility A verynewtechnology in electro-coating. Focused on theparts of BoschBrakecompany – boosters.
