  3. Lesson 1 – General Introduction Overview • The book’s intent is found in its title • Written to Jewish Christians to warn against a return to the Law…an inferior covenant 6:4-6 Purpose • Readers are “exhorted” to be faithful 13:22 cp. 6:1-6 10:26-31 Gal 5:4
