  5. AGREEMENTS BLTP-APCTP, South Korea (since’07) BLTP-Bulgaria (since’09) Soloviev-Khristov Program BLTP-ITP CAS, China (since VII '10) BLTP and IP VAST, Vietnam (since VIII '11) JINR – Ukraine (since III’11) Bogoliubov Program on Theoretical Physics

  6. OUTLOOK • A high level of traditional, well-established methods of theoretical research is needed to support the JINR experimental programs. Enhancement of coordination of different theoretical groups participating in this business is desirable. • The trend for the future is to study unusual phenomena and forms of matter especially in astrophysics and cosmology. This requires new conceptual ideas and development of new methods.

  7. Important components:Development of cooperation with the Member States and other countries.Organization of international schools, conferences, and workshops .Training and lecturing for students, PhD students and young scientists.Enhancement of the theory groups by young scientists in order to guarantee the theory development in future. Progress of available computational capacities to support considerable computational power for numerical calculations. previous
