Stars of the week Reception – Evie Malcolm-Ward Saffron Vickery Year 1 - Isabella Mead Megan Rackham Year 2 - Sophie Morris Joshua Burnett Year 3 - James Annells Kirsten Hull Year 4 - Lucia Diaz Dylan Jones Year 5 - Jemma Stretton Daiel Lloyd-Thomas Year 6 - Ffion Newman Imogen Blacklidge Jack Donald Class of the week – 2L Thornhill Times Thornhill Primary School Friday 13th January 2012 • News • School Council offered Chicken Tikka tasters to the sandwich children this week. • Eco committee are going to start selling organic fruit and vegetable bags – order forms will come out next week. Photographs of the contents can be seen on the Year 2 classroom doors. • The children are aware that they are not to play with or climb on the equipment before school, please could you re-enforce this with your children before and after school. • The Year 2 bakesale raised £107, thank you and well done. • We are trying to collect videos of school concerts as we would like to offer these to children when they leave Thornhill Primary School. We have a copy of all our Christmas concerts but if you have any previous concerts on video/DVD please could we have a copy? • We have introduce new school rules and the children have been learning about them this week, I have attached a copy for you to be aware. Reminders and dates Bags2School being collected this week. Pendragon Curry and Quiz night.
