  2. What is ERP Systems? • ERP systems is nothing but a software system which automate the complexity of planning of complex business enterprises by integrating various business entities.

  3. When ERP Systems is required? • Before the invention of ERP software systems, business enterprises were planning manually. • When business is huge and highly complex. • Resources can be no longer planned using manual skills.

  4. Problems • Implementation engineers are not able to understand the complexity of the business system. • The constant changing workforce was the second reason for the failure of ERP system.

  5. Crux of the Problem • Irresponsible and unprofessional behavior of the implementation engineers. • Existing implementation engineers quit the company in pursuit of better opportunity • Inability of the implementation engineers to comprehend complex business process
