Providing the missing piece of the puzzle for small businesses Mission Statement PARTNERS FOR SELF-EMPLOYMENT, Inc. d.b.a.MICRO-BUSINESS, USA is a non-profit community development financial institution providing microenterprise loans, training, technical assistance and on-going support to low and moderate income individuals to start or expand a business.

Providing the missing piece of the puzzle for small businesses Purpose To provide business skills training and loans to low-moderate income persons who desire to become self-employed, and to provide levels of advanced business training and loan s for those clients who want to increase their capacity to operate successful businesses. Beginning 2003, Micro-Business, USA borrowers will have the opportunity to participate in our Matched Savings Fund (MSF). The MSF will provide a 2:1 match for each dollar saved by participants for the duration of two years. The money they accumulate can be used for home ownership or business investment.

PARTNER LOAN PROGRAM - III Direct Individual loans from $5,000 - $35,000 You will need: • Business must be at least 2 year old • Personal Financial Statement • Business Financial Statement • Current Bank Statement • Occupational License • Credit Report (obtained by Partners) • Tax Return (one year) • Business Profile (Partners form) • Cash Flow Statement (Partners form) • Projected Income and Expense Statement (Partners form) • Collateral in the form of accounts receivable, business assets, real estate or vehicle with no liens. • $100 loan administration fee • 12% interest – Loan terms 12 – 36 months
