JOB COSTING/ESTIMATION Estimation of all the costs before the start of project is very important in order to have an overview of all the costs that will be incurred and decide the source of from where they will be taken. NFRA allows to compute the project estimate from BOQ very easily. BOQ items pricing are based on cost of material, equipment, labour and overheads.

  8. BUDGETING Income, expenses and savings can be easily managed through NFRA, which forms the backbone of any project. This module helps in computing the material and other direct costs to the project. It takes the base fare from master into account(base fares are updated from the last completed project).

  9. MATERIAL TAKE OFF Material Take Off is the amount of material required for an activity to take place, along with the detailed description of materials like grade, size, form, etc. Material take off helps to keep the record of on site material purchase list. NFA allows user to handle this take off with an ease.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT Project planning and scheduling is an essential part of project and this can take many days or weeks to do manually and any human or other error can make very big differences. NFRA gives an in-build tool to set up a project calendar before start of planning. It creates break down activities with dates and progress of tasks. Resources from the BOQ can be tagged against each Work Break Down Activity.
