2. Admin Module The Administration module offers users the possibility to define different levels of access to information in the application, by defining specific groups of users. Administration of the application provides facilities for intervention on the general setting, on the general parameters of the application, grouped by various features, even after implementation. Here you can create company account. All the details about your company,Branch details, Employee details are captured.

3. Admin Module Menu ERP integrates everything you need to operate your business successfully with an effective Enterprise Resource Planning software. Master: Here you have Company Creation to create company, Branch Creation to create branch if any, Financial Year to set year, Role master to assign roles. User Rights: Here all the details about employee is registered such as Employee Creation, Employee Hierarchy also the Acess to each role is defined herein. Configuration: Here in all the Configuration related to voucher number is decided also the login page configuration are also set here, Workflow configuration defines the reporting flow of company Admin Features

4. Company Creation Here you can create company name, save, search, delete, print, export buttons to manipulate data. Registration Details of Company are filled in here. Here you can upload an image of company

5. Branch Creation You can use different tags for saving different type of data like General details, registration details,other details about branch etc.

6. Employee Creation Login information is generated here Employee details are filled here Checkbox is provided, if employee has to give ERP access or not and if yes then you can fix date along with time for ERP by using this fields.

7. Employee Hierarchy Organization Hierarchy Organization tree is generated on this button click Employee hierarchy details are noted here to whome he/she is going to report along with his designation, name, etc.

8. Product Creation Here you can give modulewise access or form wise access. Here you can create product with required details like product name,date,no of branches etc.

9. Voucher No. Configuration For voucher no. config. branch details, module name, form name is captured here. Our ERP provides option for voucher no. generation where you can generate voucher no. Date wise, Month Wise, Numeric, Alphanumeric or user defined.

10. Login Page Configuration ERP user can login from here by providing credentials You can update, preview or go back from here

11. Workflow Configuration Transaction Settings are done from here Associate settings are done from here such as Auto email, Auto SMS, Auto notification

12. Role Master Edit/Inactive functionality is provided here Role Code along role name is alloted here in role master

13. Role Access Rights By ticking here you can assign the access to person for specific form or module or branch or company which makes company's data more secure. Company wise rights, branch wise rights, module wise rights, form wise rights are assigned from here. Role Name is assigned here. .

14. Product Customer Registration In this form all customers generate licence key to handle product , & all required details of product , at first time when he uses particular product first time,this is the one time process.
