  4. How does it work ? Team of four local authority experts lead by a London Finance Director Team members: 2nd London Expert, IDeA, Capital Ambition 1 ½ days preparation 1 ½ + days on-site Capture leading practice, provide options, agree actions, deliver support

  5. Off-Site Preparation Advance exchange of metrics & indicators of practice Context information (MTFS, Corporate Plan etc) Team draw hypotheses together Finance Directors exchange early thoughts / ongoing programme
