  2. This PowerPoint is based on the budget adjustments received thus far in 2017-2018.

  3. There still is a bit of confusion especially for the new Designees. Some BAs are/were late. Many were incorrect.

  4. This should be of interest to new and experienced Title I Designees.

  5. It all start with your school’s INSTRUCTIONAL PLAN (vs … What can I buy with Title I?)

  6. Instructional leadership team (ILT) • Principal • APs • Designees – Title I, EL • Instructional Coaches, Intervention/Prevention SpptCoord, etc. • Grade Level Chairs • Department Chairs – ELA, Math for ex.

  7. Review the 2017-2018 SPSA • On target to reach the Schools Measurable Objective? • Yes? • No? How does your BA address the Title I at-risk students’ needs … based on data?

  8. Things change … • Ongoing data review • SBA • IABs • Assessments • Other assessments

  9. Things change … • Budget Adjustment is needed • To improve instruction • Address at-risk students’ needs • New funds become available, Title I Second Allocation, for example • Utilize unused funds
