During the realization of the project were created and tested in a real environment: (1) Methodological materials - a program for training, reporting and evaluation forms; (2) Analytical reports on the practical training with recommendations to the Ministry of Education, Universities and Employers; (3) Processed statistics for hands-on training in different universities, sectors involved, specialties, employers; (4) Manuals for the training of students, academic tutors from universities and mentors of the employing organizations.
At this stage over 100 companies offer practices for the students from MGU “St. Iv. Rilski” and the students successfully graduated the practice are 490. On almost 20% of them were offered a job and many students already signed their first employment contract. Registered students from the university, wishing to participate in the project in the future, are more than 500.
