  1. Activated Xtnd Step 1: Locate the pelvic floor muscles The best is to try to stop the flow of urine when you go to the bathroom. If you succeed in interrupting and voluntarily resuming the flow, then our congratulations, you have contracted the muscles of your pelvic floor and successfully completed your first Kegel exercise! If, however, you have not succeeded, try the following: When you contract these muscles, you must feel as if you are tightening them and pushing them slightly inside, as if you were going in and contracting the belly button to stick it to your spine. You must feel a slight lift of the scrotum and penis.
