  1. THE RESILIENCE MANAGEMENT MATURITY INDEX INTRODUCTION WHAT IS THE RMMI? As part of uplifting your capability in the space of IT Resilience, it is necessary to understand your current capability and opportunities for improvement. In an attempt to help companies quickly identify their competence, the RMMi “Resilience Management Maturity Index” was built. The RMMi, Resilience Management Maturity Index is a rapid way to understand your IT Resilience capability subjectively and provide a platform for improvement. This assessment has been designed to quickly baseline an organization’s proficiency in this area by reviewing 8 key dimensions (or 8 Key Performance Areas) and 24 associated key performance indicators. SCORING IMPROVING YOUR RESILIENCE Score each of the System* KPI as 0, 1 or 2 Enov8 recommend the RMMi as a method of explaining core IT resilience considerations. 0 - Low Chaotic. Reactive and/or not maintained. 1 - Medium Defined. Proactive and Document/ Paper based. 2 - High Measured & Controlled. Tool/ Automation based.
