  2. AIM To know the influence kind of water into Phaseolusradiatus’s grow and development

  3. HYPOTHESIS • The grew of Phaseolusradiatuswere watered by mineral water (without mixture) is faster.

  4. TOOLS and MATERIALS Tools : • 3 Plastic glass • Cotton • Spoon • Converter • Thread • Plastic • Rubber bracelet • Ruler • Materials : • Phaseolusradiatus • Mineral water • Mixture of mineral water and sugar • Mixture of mineral water and salt

  5. procedures • Preparation of tools and materials needed • Absorb the Phaseolusradiatusinto plastic water for approximately 20 minutes • Take three parts plastic cups heavy cotton weigh 0.5 grams for each plastic cup • Put cotton in each cup of Phaseolusradiatus • Place 3 points Phaseolusradiatus in each glass cotton

Watering each of Phaseolusradiatuswith various water; sugar water, salt water, mineral water and standard as a spoon • Cover each cup with plastic • Provide name on each glass • Keep each glass at the same place. Make sure to get enough light • Observe and measure the rate of growth of Phaseolusradiatus in just 5 days, using a ruler and a thread

  7. Basic theory • In the process of germination, the water factor is an absolute must because of imbibition (water absorption process). Giving pure water is not mixed with any substance to increase the osmotic events. While water is mixed with other substances to make the process of osmosis will be lower.

EXPLAINING • From observation, the rate of growth and germination of Phaseolusradiatus are watered with mineral water is growing faster than Phaseolusradiatus are watered with sugar water and salt water. This happens because of differences in process of osmosis in plants Phaseolusradiatus were observed respectively. This is influenced by the absence of a mixture of other materials that can inhibit the movement of water from hipotonis into hipertonis (in plants) so that the plant can get nutrients needed. While, Phaseolusradiatuswhich poured salt water and sugar getting germination rates and slower growth.

  11. This is due to other substances that dissolve in water, so make external circumstances have a lower pressure than on the plants. Then water in the plant will try to balance concentration. So, the water which in factories and plants will be out experiencing plasmolysis.

  12. Conclusion • Conclusions can be drawn from the observation of lab work has been done is that the type of water has a tremendous influence in the process of growth of Phaseolusradiatus. The best type of water in the growth of the water is pure (without any mixture). This was due to the process of osmosis in plants that "demand" pressure within the plant should be lower than outside the plant, so water can enter, in other words the plants must be hipertonis than the environment. Solvent which can hipotonis entry. Meanwhile, the best solvent is water.
