  2. First Year of NAAUG • Enhancement Request Process • Membership - fees for 2001 • Website - http://www.naaug.org/ • Constitution & Bylaws adopted at first meeting, NDU, May 2000. • NAAUG 2001 meeting planning

  3. Plan for Implementing a Development Request Process NAAUG Steering Committee- June 1, 2000

Ex Libris Commitments - NAAUG 2000 • web page /password - the ‘gap’ list • non-disclosure important • recognize our need to know what is on the development schedule • Carl to advise who will work with NAAUG on development in Chicago • as soon as we deliver, Ex Libris will get to work • no intention for users to spend development points on bugs • will be working on better customer support - communication (Russ) May 2000, First Annual Meeting

SC Recommendations - May 2000 • need to review gap list / development list / ICAU list • Iowa - Larry Woods will chair work of Enhancement Committee (for one year) • target - list of ranked items by October 1st , 2000 for SC review • SC would like to present Ex Libris USA a list by November 1st, 2000 and assign • points to the list THIS YEAR! • NEXT YEAR - once there are formal committees, the Enhancements Committee will assign points.
