Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Whisk the garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, curry powder, cumin, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl. Add the cauliflower and onion and mix to coat. 3. Arrange cauliflower and onion on the baking sheet in a single layer. 4. Roast for 10 to 15 minutes then flip cauliflower and onion slices and roast another 10 to 15 minutes, or until browned. Serve immediately. SUBSTITUTION TIP For a sweet and savory flavor, substitute cinnamon for cumin.
