  2. Load a photo and draw a Region of Interest (ROI). Click the Show ROI button.

  3. Click on or in the vicinity of a wrinkle to start the tracking procedure.

  4. The system tracks the wrinkle in between the two green guiding lines. The average wrinkle profile is displayed.

  5. Up to ten wrinkle segments can be tracked in the same photo. Click the Wrinkle Structure button to display a 3D cross section view.

  6. Click Step Through to successively display the different wrinkle profiles. Click Save Session to save the displayed session.

  7. Click theDisplay Trend button to open the Trend Monitor. The six sessions displayed (with three wrinkles in each session) show how the depth of wrinkles increase when frowning.

  8. Click theWrinkle button to display the same information with wrinkle number along the independent axis.
