NewGen Leadership InitiativesTrademark of leadership development in Asia and the Pacific New Generation Leadership, popularly known as NewGen, is a 5 day interactive course which aims to enhance the leadership skills of YKP. The course aims to deliver the message through interactive and youth-friendly games and activities. • The contents of the course includes: • Day 1: Understanding the Situation of YKP • Day 2: Leadership Strengths • Day 3: Sexual Reproductive Health Rights and Consultation • Day 4: Leadership and Advocacy • Day 5: Leadership and Change

  3. Impact • YKP ABLE TO ORGANIZE THEMSELVES AT THE COUNTRY LEVEL • POOL OF CHAMPIONS OF YKP DEVELOPED AT THE REGIONAL AND NATIONAL LEVEL. • NUMBER OF YKP REACHED THROUGH THE TRAINING

  6. The training is really youth friendly…using games…and it was really totally fun. Other trainings, they are often more knowledge, lectures and it’s really kind of boring…but with the activities it is fun but at the same time we were learning (Participant, male)
