11. DOES THE SYSTEM EMIT RADIATION? ACCORDING TO  THE MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION: “Today’s converters are more sophisticated and their electronic components guarantee low levels of magnetic energy. For a converter which provides 4-10KW the security distance is 0.5 meters. For a distance greater than 0.5 meters the exposure is less than 2 milligauss. The system produces direct current electricity using light panels (modules) that do not emit radiation at all.

Who are you signing a contract with? • Your contract will be signed with the company that installs your system. • Your contract with the installation company was prepared by the ERM Lawyers' Office, that specializes in the solar energy. • The contract will ensure the interests of the members of the group by a binding schedule, complete warranty, comfortable payment terms and the possibility for external supervision on the installation of the system. The cost for the services of the office of ERM Lawyers is 300 shekels including v.a.t

21. Guarantee • For installation of system – 10 years • For panel output – 25 years • Guarantee for panels - 10 years • Guarantee for SMA Converter– 10 years • Guarantee for SolarEdge Converter – 12 years

Loan Terms offered by the bank suitable for the members of the group • Interest rate: Prime + 0.75% • Loan amount: Up to 100% of the price of the system up to NIS 190,000 • No personal guarantors required • Salary account not required • Offered to clients of all the banks, based on customer’s reliability and the bank’s decision Collateral required: • The system must be registered with the relevant authority • Insurance policy on the equipment charged in favor of the Bank • Reciprocal assignment of rights approved by Israel Electric Company or Electricity Authority The granting of the loan is at the sole discretion of the Bank, and the Bank retains the right to announce changes, including a decrease or ceasing of the loan with ten days prior notice.
