  • To investigate UMP students\' satisfaction level regarding on cafeteria hygiene.
  • To analyze UMP students\' satisfaction level regarding on the services provided by cafeteria.

  • Questionnaire is used as our primary

  • The questionnaire is distributed to three different courses which are BCN, BCS and BCG.
