ELED 300: Concepts of Teaching | Pre-Assessment and Syllabus Introduction

In this class, we will explore teaching and learning concepts. The first class aims to get to know each other, identify goals and needs, and introduce the syllabus. We will also conduct pre-assessments to understand prior knowledge and experiences. Topics covered include developmental and individual characteristics, multiple intelligences, learning styles, and needs recognition. The use of technology, such as WebCT, will be incorporated.   4. Academic Record Bring to Class #2 1. Copy of Letter of Admission into ELED Program 2. Transcript Highlight on your transcript the following: -GPA (Undergrads-2.5 or better) -Professional Courses - FNED 346 and Grade Earned - CEP 315 and Grade Earned If taken after Fall 2005, a grade of B- or better in FNED 346 is required.
