Physical Orientation: Hands on All participants did the following: • Took possession of the laptop, peripherals and case • Checked contents and Identify cables • Attached and detached security cable • Connected the Ethernet cable and logged on to the CCSF network • Set up a printer • Packed Case City College of San FranciscoTechnology Learning Center

Guidelines: Highlights • The computer is the property of City College of San Francisco and must be returned when requested or when the user is no longer in the employ of CCSF. • The computer is for CCSF business purposes only. • Laptop computers are attractive targets for theft. ITS will provide a security cable with each laptop. Users have the responsibility to take every effort to secure the laptop. • City College will not replace lost or stolen laptop computers or repair damaged laptops not covered by warranty.
