Enter • Enter classroom quietly, dressed correctly, with positive attitude to learning Work • Focus on learning / work within 90 seconds EWSLEARN Start • Start to learn quickly; get equipment out quietly Listen • Listen attentively to learn better; follow instructions precisely Engage • Answer questions in full sentences; sit up and track speaker Aspire • Aspire to do your best; complete all work to highest standard Respect • Respect your teacher and your peers: listen, speak and interact with respect Neat • Ensure your work is neat; leave the room tidy; be dressed correctly. Changes 2019 • Uniform: Addition of skirts if worn must be black pleated and knee length • One week timetable • Travel between sites minimal for students • Post 16 lessons on North site Tuesday to Friday • Structured Form Time: PSHE / Careers / Assembly / Reading / Current Affairs • Additional Well-Being lessons KS3 • Continue 10 min reading daily 2.10-2.20pm • Non-negotiables for staff & students Ambition Confidence Curiosity Leadership Respect
