The bad Witch that lives in the house captures them for trespassing. A policeman decides to search for them because they have been missing for over a week. He finds out that they are at the Candy house. He goes there, but the bad Witch says that the Fourth Amendment requires him to have a search warrant to be able to search her house. The policeman gets a search warrant from a judge. He then shows it to the Witch and enters the house to find Hansel and Gretel. http://ivyjoy.com/fables/hansel.html

The Three Little Pigs are the prosecutors. The Pigs saw the Wolf blow their house down. The Wolf is claiming that he is innocent. He is found innocent because there wasn’t enough evidence against him. Later the Three Little Pigs find a tape of the Big Bad Wolf blowing their house down. But they can’t retry him in court again because the Wolf is protected from double jeopardy(which is right in the Fifth Amendment). http://ivyjoy.com/fables/threepigs.html

The Queen says it’s not true! She gets a lawyer, the Mirror, and they ask for a speedy trial. http://ivyjoy.com/fables/snowwhite.html
