Key Elements of Block Grant Program

  • Annual grants to local jurisdictions

  • Entitlement grant amount based on per capita basis

  • Minimum award of $5,000 for cities and $10,000 for counties

    • No matching funds required

  • Must Have CCC or Curbside program

  • Grant Performance Period is for three years from July 1 to June 30

  • Annual On-line Report due each year by August 15

  • Retain all files for three years in case of audit
