Why do we do it? • To identify our areas of concern/weakness • Focus our work for improvement • Use as the process to improve results (PDSA-Plan-Do-Study-Act) • State mandate Provide excellent, distinctive educational experiences that equip students for success today and in the future

PLAN: Data is analyzed to determine areas in need of improvement and a SMART goal is written • What data was used? • How many sources? • How did you prioritize your needs? • Are your gaps identified?
