  2. Chaplain (to officers and cadets): Officers & cadets of the 92nd Singapore Company of The Boys’ Brigade and the 67th Singapore Company of the Girls’ Brigade, you have accepted the call of not only leading but loving those under your care. To whom much is given, much is required. (1 of 2)

  3. Chaplain (to officers and cadets): Yours is the responsibility of bringing your charges to Christ and helping them to grow into spiritual maturity. In accepting your duty towards God and the ministry, do you now pledge your unwavering and cheerful service always? (2 of 2)

  4. Officer/Officer cadet: I recognize the privilege and responsibility that has been vested upon me. I know that my dependence is upon God’s strength. (1 of 3)

  5. Officer/Officer cadet: I seek to follow His word and be a good example to advance Christ’s Kingdom among my charges. (2 of 3)

  6. Officer/Officer cadet: I will promote the habits of obedience, reverence, discipline, self-respect and all that work towards Christ-likeness, the Lord being my Helper. (3 of 3)

  7. Chaplain (to officers and cadets): May God grant you grace to be faithful in your trust and crown your work with success. Amen. (1 of 2)

Chaplain (to Primers & helpers): Primers of the 92nd Coy The Boys’ Brigade and helpers of the 67th Coy The Girls’ Brigade, you assist the officers in training boys and girls to be men and women of godly character. Do you now pledge yourselves to be dedicated to The Brigade and your Company? (2 of 2)

  9. Primer/Helper: I do, always loyally supporting my Officers and being shining examples to all my charges, the Lord being my Helper.

  10. Chaplain (to Primers & Helpers): May God grant you grace to fulfill your responsibilities and to grow into servant-leadership and spiritual maturity. Amen. (1 of 3)

  11. Chaplain (to NCOs): Non-Commissioned Officers of the 92nd Coy of the Boys’ Brigade and the 67th Coy of the Girls’ Brigade, on you rest the task of assisting your Officers in the advancement of Christ’s Kingdom. (2 of 3)

  12. Chaplain (to NCOs): As NCOs, much is expected from you – to your officers, your loyal and cheerful support; and to your fellow members, your love and concern. In accepting your appointments, do you pledge yourselves to these tasks ahead of you? (3 of 3)

  13. NCO: I realize the seriousness of the task set before me, seeking, serving and following our Lord and Saviour and leading others through the Brigade to render service to Him. (1 of 2)

  14. NCO: I will do my best, with God’s help, to carry out my duties in a cheerful and faithful manner, to be a good example to those under my care and to be a blessing to the Brigade and the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen. (2 of 2)

  15. Chaplain (to NCOs): May God grant you grace to put service for others and the advancement of Christ’s Kingdom before all else. Amen. (1 of 3)

  16. Chaplain (to Recruits): Boys, desiring to be enrolled as members of The Boys’ Brigade, and Girls, desiring to be enrolled as members of the Girls’ Brigade, (2 of 3)

  17. Chaplain (to Recruits): Do you promise to obey the rules of your respective Company, and to set an example of good conduct to others around you and to be faithful in your attendance? (3 of 3)

  18. Recruit: I do.

  19. Chaplain (to recruits): May Jesus Christ give you strength to be faithful to duty, loyal to your friends, strong in times of temptation and be His faithful servants always. Amen. (1 of 3)

  20. Chaplain (to all BB Coy & GB Coy): Members of the 92nd Singapore Company of the Boys’ Brigade and the 67th Singapore Company of the Girls’ Brigade, do you promise to obey the rules of your Brigade? (2 of 3)

  21. Chaplain (to all BB Coy & GB Coy): To set an example of good conduct to other members, to support the activities and to be faithful in your service & attendance? (3 of 3)

  22. Member (all BB Coy & GB Coy): I do, the Lord being my Helper.

  23. Chaplain (to all BB Coy & GB Coy): May God give you strength to be faithful in your duties. Amen. (1 of 2)

  24. Chaplain (to the COR members): Brothers and sisters of the Chapel of the Resurrection, let us now together welcome the Boys and Girls of the Boys’ Brigade & Girls’ Brigade in our midst who have today dedicated themselves. (2 of 2)

  25. Congregation (COR): We welcome you into the Lord’s family. We are members together of the Body of Christ; we are children of the same heavenly Father; we are inheritors of the kingdom of God. We welcome you!
