  3. Scholarships/Bursaries You Have to APPLY!! Warning: For some of these awards, students that do not apply are not considered!!

Scholarships • CultureWorks International Student Award • Value: up to $1,500.00 each | Deadline: October 10 • This award is presented annually to 2nd, 3rd or 4th year international students who have achieved an overall average of at least 70% in their previous Fall/Winter term (5.0 courses or the equivalent) and are in financial need. Preference will be given to graduates of CultureWorks; however, if no such candidate exists, the awards shall be distributed to qualifying international students. The successful recipients may hold this award with other student awards/scholarships. • Eligibility • 2nd, 3rd or 4th year international students who have achieved an overall average of at least 70% in their previous Fall/Winter term (5.0 courses or the equivalent) •  Demonstrated financial need. • Preference will be given to graduates of CultureWorks; however, if no such candidate exists, the awards shall be distributed to qualifying international students. Scholarships • High School and International Entrance Scholarships • Value: up to $3,500.00 • King’s University College offers an unlimited number of entrance scholarships to qualified high school and international applicants. All students who achieve a final high school average of 82.0% - 84.9% will be offered a scholarship of $1500.00; a final high school average of 85.0%-89.9% will be offered a scholarship of $2000.00; a final high school average of 90.0% - 94.9% will be offered a scholarship of $3000.00 and students who achieve a final high school average of 95.0% or above will receive a scholarship of $3500.00. • Eligibility •  All scholarship recipients must: satisfy the published admission criteria and remain registered in five courses, four of which must be taken at King's. • A student who withdraws from the College will not receive a refund for that part of tuition fees paid by scholarship monies • No of Awards: unlimited

Scholarships • Academic Discipline Awards • Value:up to $200.00 | Deadline: Open • Each year, King's provides awards in each academic discipline in which a degree is offered at King’s to full-time students currently registered in Year IV in an Honors Specialization or Honors Double Major third or fourth year with the highest average in the senior courses in their discipline. • Eligibility •  Full-time students currently registered in Year IV in an Honors Specialization or Honors Double Major third or fourth year with the highest average in the senior courses in their discipline. • No of Awards: 1 • Application • No Application Required

I.W.E. • Allows International students the opportunity to work part-time on campus and obtain work experience • For International students attending King’s, who are registered in a full course load • Work 5 hrs/week and make $11.00/hour • Applications available online starting September 10th • www.kings.uwo.ca/sfsStudent Employment Opportunities

  12. Scholarship Declaration Form Students wishing to deduct the amount of an expected Scholarship from their first installment of tuition, must complete this form and submit it to Student Financial Services, W144.

  16. Tax Forms for Students T2202A Tax receipt for eligible fees and tuition, by calendar year not academic year. Available online at the end of February. T4A Tax receipt for scholarships and/or bursaries received T4 Tax receipt related to employment income (i.e. IWE students)
