  2. 一、“社会企业”的缘起和概念I. Origin and the Concept of Social Enterprise • 友成企业家扶贫基金会认为，社会企业是以推动公益事业和社会发展为目标，以执著、创新的企业家精神为动力，具备可持续运营模式的实体。同时，它还可以被看作一种方式（approach）、一种态度（attitude）或一种行为（action）。 • The CSEF Concept of SE: sustainable operating entities with common good advancement and social progress as the goal, and persistent and innovative entrepreneurship as the motive. AND, it can also be viewed as an Approach, an Attitude and an Action.

  3. 二、社会企业的价值II. Social Enterprises’ Value 1, 解决社会问题 Address social development issues 2,促进政府、工商业和非营利组织三大部门合作 Promote partnerships among the state, business and the not-for-profit 3, 使得公益事业更加可持续 Enable public interest efforts more sustainable 4, 社会企业启动了”人”本身的价值发现
